Harvard Law School’s CopyrightX program faced significant challenges in coordinating thousands of applicants worldwide and distributing pre-admission curriculum efficiently. The complexity of managing such a diverse and dispersed applicant pool was a major hurdle.
Additionally, the program required a seamless way to schedule, track, and certify students upon course completion. Without an integrated system, these processes risked inefficiency and inconsistency, complicating operations and impacting the student experience.
To overcome these challenges, Coggno partnered with the CopyrightX team to create a fully integrated platform. This system automated the application process and included pre-admission knowledge checks, ensuring applicants were prepared before acceptance.
The platform also facilitated learning schedules and certification. It guided students through their journey, from application to course completion, ensuring a smooth and consistent process aligned with Harvard’s high standards.
Coggno deployed the solution in phases, starting with alpha and beta testing to refine functionality and user experience. This rigorous approach ensured the platform was ready for full implementation.
Once launched, the system successfully supported multiple student cohorts. It now enables CopyrightX to efficiently manage its global network while maintaining a seamless, high-quality educational experience.
